People with depression advised to participate in yoga exercises and breathing classes. Both exercise groups experienced significant reduction in depressive symptoms, and there was no significant difference in following a yoga exercise. Although most of the exercises in the high dose group were able to reduce symptoms of depression, the researchers believe that attending classes twice a week plus practice home may be a less burdensome way. But this exercise is still effective to get the benefits of peace of mind.
