Scientists advised the avocado benefits every day as part of a healthy diet is very helpful for lowering cholesterol of heart.

Many heart-healthy diet suggest replacing saturated fatty acids with polyunsaturated fatty acids to reduce the risk of heart disease. This is because saturated fat can raise levels of bad cholesterol and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
